Registration Information

We have reserved hotel rooms at the campsite, each with two queen-size beds. The maximum number of guests allowed per room is 5. If your family has more than 5 members, please reserve additional rooms as needed.

• Early Registration: August 3 – August 16, 2025
  • $140 per person for double occupancy
  • Each room is $280 for double occupancy (a roommate will be assigned if not requested)
  • Each additional person aged 5 and above is $40 per person
    
• Regular Registration: August 17 – September 13, 2025
  • $175 per person for double occupancy
  • Each room is $350 for double occupancy (a roommate will be assigned if not requested)
  • Each additional person aged 5 and above is $50 per person

Lodging is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Late fees will apply for any reservations made after September 13, 2025. ***

Attendees may participate in the retreat without staying overnight. If you choose this option, a fee of $40 per day will apply, which includes meals and facility use.
